RentRealm for Rentvine

Rentvine sync is not built yet

RentRealm doesn’t connect to Rentvine directly. If you have a listing feed in Zillow or MITS format, RentRealm imports it like any other feed; otherwise you add homes by hand.

What works today

  • A listing feed in Zillow or MITS format, if you have one, imports like any other feed and is checked about every 10 minutes.
  • Without a feed, add homes by hand in RentRealm, with photos.
  • Your site’s Residents page can link to your Rentvine resident portal: paste the link from your resident invitation.

How to connect Rentvine

  1. Create your account

Sign up at app.rentrealm.com and set up your company and first site, or call us to join Early Access.

  2. Look for a listing feed

If your listings go to Zillow or other listing sites as a Zillow- or MITS-format feed, find that feed’s web address.

  3. Paste the feed, or add homes by hand

Under Listings → Listing feed, paste the feed address, select Save feed, then press Sync now. Without a feed, choose Add a listing and enter each home.

  4. Use your own domain

Move your site from yourcompany.rentrealm.com to a domain you own, such as yourcompany.com or rentals.yourcompany.com.

What each listing bringsFrom a feed: the address, rent, availability, rooms, description and photos, plus the deposit and fees as far as its format carries them. By hand: whatever you enter.

Limits to know

  • Without a feed, a change in Rentvine reaches your site only when you make it in RentRealm too.
  • We haven’t imported a feed from a Rentvine account yet.

Planned, not built yet

Planned: sync with your own Rentvine API key, bringing in your listings and photos as they change in Rentvine.

What you get, whatever you connect

A page for every listing, on your own domain

Each unit gets its own page at an address that doesn’t change, on yourcompany.rentrealm.com or your own domain. When a home is leased, its page stays up for at least a year and points to similar homes.

Found by search engines and AI assistants

Listing facts are in the page’s HTML, with structured data, a sitemap and llms.txt, so Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can read them.

Leads with their source

Renters request showings and ask questions on the listing page. Each lead arrives with the page and channel it came from, and “Is it available?” questions can get an automatic answer.

Fair Housing checks

Listing descriptions are checked for Fair Housing issues before they go live, and flagged ones are held back.
