How RentRealm gets your listings from your property management software today, and what’s planned. Every connection turns each listed unit into its own page on your website.
Buildium
Works today through Buildium’s public listing feed
RentRealm reads your Buildium account’s public listing feed and gives every listed unit its own page on your website. You don’t need an API key.
Buildium: setup and limitsAppFolio
Works through your listing feed in MITS format
If your AppFolio account has a listing feed in MITS format, the XML feed listing sites read, RentRealm imports it like any other feed. There’s no direct AppFolio connection.

Rentvine sync is not built yet
RentRealm doesn’t connect to Rentvine directly. If you have a listing feed in Zillow or MITS format, RentRealm imports it like any other feed; otherwise you add homes by hand.

Other software, and Zillow
Any Zillow or MITS feed
If your software sends your listings to listing sites as a Zillow- or MITS-format feed, paste that feed’s address and the same import reads it.
Sending homes to Zillow
RentRealm can also send homes to Zillow in a feed of its own, but only homes you add by hand in RentRealm, never homes imported from a feed. That feed is waiting on Zillow’s approval, so it isn’t sending listings yet.
What you get, whatever you connect
A page for every listing, on your own domain
Each unit gets its own page at an address that doesn’t change, on yourcompany.rentrealm.com or your own domain. When a home is leased, its page stays up for at least a year and points to similar homes.
Found by search engines and AI assistants
Listing facts are in the page’s HTML, with structured data, a sitemap and llms.txt, so Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can read them.
Leads with their source
Renters request showings and ask questions on the listing page. Each lead arrives with the page and channel it came from, and “Is it available?” questions can get an automatic answer.
Fair Housing checks
Listing descriptions are checked for Fair Housing issues before they go live, and flagged ones are held back.
